A Teasmade made the Cut

I was thrilled to spot on Instagram that Davina McCall and Michael Douglas were reviewing the Swan Teasmade for their podcast Making the Cut.

This lovely chatty podcast is hosted on the newish Entale app, which is a classy little platform for both Apple and Android. You’ll find the Teasmade segment in Episode 14. Here’s a link so that you can listen too!

I like the fact that you can jump straight to the chapter you want in the app. You’ll find the teasmade segment in Chapter 4.

Davina tried out the vintage style Swan Teasmade for the show and then had a thoroughly enjoyable chat with Michael about the pros and cons of using it. She picked up the controversial milk issue (I recommend using a small flask to add the milk afterwards rather than freezing the milk). I am delighted to report that Davina gave the teasmade a score of 8 out of 10, marred only by the faff of carrying things up and down the stairs to prepare and wash up. It’s a small price to pay for a cup of tea in bed!
